Our Red Onion Marmalade is a perfect accompaniment to go with any of our cnwd products.
The red onions we use to make our marmalade are organicly grown in Ceridigion, West Wales.
We carefully caramelize the red onions to get the best from their natural sweetness and flavour. We simply add the best ingredients,a little bit of 'Thyme' & alot of patience. This one can't be rushed.....
Some information.
250g jar serves about 8 people but maybe more, it depends how much you like your chutney.
Our Red onion marmalade has a 4 week shelf life.
